User Agreement & Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a workspace or using the Sendtable platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legal agreement between you and Sendtable. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description & One-Time Payments

Sendtable provides a digital workspace for professional and social event logistics.

  • No Subscriptions: Access to premium features is granted via one-time payments processed through Stripe. You will not be charged on a recurring basis.
  • Access Duration: Your payment grants you access to the workspace for the duration of your specific event cycle.
  • Refund Policy: Because our Service provides immediate access to digital tools and workspace assets, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion.

3. Third-Party Integrations (Google & Stripe)

Our Service integrates with third-party providers to enhance your event workflow:

  • Google Services: By connecting your Google account, you grant us permission to sync with Google Calendar (to manage event dates) and Google Sheets (to export guest and meal data). Our use of this data adheres to the Google API Service User Data Policy.
  • Stripe: Payments are handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not store or see your credit card information.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Standards

Sendtable is a professional, creative, and family-friendly platform. We maintain a strict standard for the types of events hosted on our infrastructure. You agree NOT to use the Service for:

  • Illegal Activities: Any event that violates local, state, or federal laws.
  • Adult Content: Sexually explicit material, adult entertainment, or age-restricted content inconsistent with our family-friendly mission.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, disparagement, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
  • Deceptive Practices: Spamming, phishing, or impersonating other individuals or brands.
  • Sensitive Data Collection: Collecting Social Security numbers, deep medical history, or financial credentials via custom guest fields.

5. Right to Terminate & Account Bans

We maintain a Zero Tolerance policy for violations of our Content Standards.

  • Discretionary Removal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately remove any event page or guest list that we deem harmful or inconsistent with our platform’s values.
  • Permanent Bans: We reserve the right to permanently ban any user or account that violates these Terms.
  • Forfeiture: If an account is banned for a violation of Section 4, the user forfeits all payments made, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Data Ownership & Responsibility

You remain the sole owner of the guest data and content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring your collection of guest data complies with applicable privacy laws. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sendtable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including event disruptions, data loss, or scheduling errors—resulting from the use of our tools.

8. Updates to Agreement

We may update this agreement to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
