At Sendtable, we want you to be 100% confident in your event’s success. Because we provide a Free Tier (up to 50 guests), we encourage all users to test our meal tracking, session logic, and guest list management before upgrading to a Professional Pass.
Our "Fair Play" Guarantee
If you experience a technical defect on our part that prevents your event from functioning correctly, we will issue a 100% refund, no questions asked.
Refund Eligibility
- Technical Errors: If the platform fails to deliver core features (RSVP collection, meal tracking, or guest list access) due to a system bug.
- Accidental Purchase: If you upgraded the wrong event and haven't collected any RSVPs yet (requested within 48 hours).
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Post-Event Requests: We do not offer refunds after your event date has passed.
- Change of Mind: Because you can test the full builder for free up to 50 guests, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the Pro features have been utilized for a live event.
- Guest No-Shows: We charge based on the capacity of the pass, not the number of people who actually show up.
How to Request
Email support@sendtable.com with your Event ID and a brief description of the issue. We process all requests within 2 business days.
