Privacy-First Event Logistics

1. Introduction

Sendtable ("we," "us") provides a professional event workspace. We are a one-time payment service, meaning we do not store recurring billing subscriptions. We believe your data belongs to you, and we only process it to make your events successful.

2. Google API Data & Limited Use

To provide a seamless experience, our app integrates with Google Services.

• Google Sign-In: We access your email and name to verify your identity.
• Google Calendar: We access your calendar solely to sync event dates and sessions you create within the workspace.
• Google Sheets: We request access to your Google Sheets to allow you to export guest lists, meal counts, and activity summaries directly to your own drive.
• Limited Use Disclosure: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Payments via Stripe

All payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers. Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

4. Data Ownership & Retention

You own your guest lists. We do not "mine" your attendee data. Because we use a one-time payment model, we retain your event data as long as your workspace is active. You may request a full data wipe at any time.
